RIMPAC Bench Press Contest

0900-1200 (Check-in/weigh-ins start at 0800, we will start promptly at 0900)

JBPHH Fitness Center, Building 1338, Pearl Harbor

Entry Deadline:
20 June 2024

Entry Fee:
$20 (USD) per person

Registration Details:

• All participants receive a RIMPAC t-shirt (please specify size: S-XXL when registering)
• Day of event walk-ons are allowed on a space-available basis
• Late entry t-shirts are subject to availability

Competition Details:

• We will utilize the Schwartz/Malone formula to determine the strongest pound-for-pound lifter
• Gear: PT clothes only
• Weight belts are available for the first round
• Lifters must declare their start weight for the first round at weigh-ins
• All lifters will have three rounds to achieve their highest lift
• Bar weight will progress upward only

Awards:

• The top 2 males and females overall will receive trophies

RIMPAC Cup Competition Points:

• 1st Place: 2 points
• 2nd Place: 1 point, plus 1 command participation point
