Conveniently located off-base, on the left-side exterior of the Navy Exchange Mall. This office is open Monday - Saturday.
LIBERTY Center (Kona Winds Complex)
JBPHH MWR's Liberty Program offers several programs geared for Single Sailors/Airmen, often free of charge or at nominal fees. Special activities are also available for geographical bachelors. Open to single (not married) active-duty military E1-E6 only.
Patio Rentals (Pearl Harbor & White Plains Beach)
Plan your next party at one of our patios and pavilions. A variety of sizes accommodates parties from 10 to 200+. Many party patios can accommodate bounce houses, tents, bands etc.

Hickam Beach
Escape the crowds at Waikiki and relax on a beach located right on base! Hickam Beach is the perfect spot for learning how to surf, party gatherings, beach volleyball or simply sunbathing under the tropical sun. Party pavilions are available for rent, and additional amenities include restrooms and showers.
Honeymoon Beach
Honeymoon Beach is a private lagoon just off of Hickam Beach. This secluded area comes with a lifeguard and picnic area. An alcohol permit is available through the Hickam Harbor office, but glass containers are not allowed. The beach can be rented for up to five hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
White Plains Beach
Waikiki is great, but when you want to get away from the frenzy, come experience the serene beaches on the Leeward side of Oahu. Located at Kalaeloa (former Barbers Point Naval Air Station).
Rainbow Bay Marina
Rainbow Bay Marina offers a variety of boats and activities to keep you active on the water. We have lessons for beginners and a fleet of recreational boats available for rent daily.
Hickam Harbor Marina
Hickam Harbor is a great place to learn new things while youre here in Hawaii, such as sailing, surfing, snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking. Take advantage of the knowledgeable staff and all that Outdoor Recreation has to offer. Dont miss out on these once-in-a-lifetime opportunities!
